So we have been asked to think about something that we would change about ourselves and something that we want to work one. My list to go on and on. There are a lot of things i don't like about myself. I guess i would start with my weight. One of my goals is to exercise more and to loose i would say starting with 20 pounds and then working on more after that. I would also say working on my health. I am sick alot and that is because of my diet and my bad smoking habit. I need to cut back on smoking and then quit all together. Also i would like to work on just being happier with my life learning to move on from my past and being able to move ahead with my life and not being so bitter about the things that are my past and involved in my past.
